    Hi,

    When displaying a text column with a large number of lines I create a second column (Status_Short) of type – Single Line of Text and copy and copy some of the text to it from Status.

    The new column is the one added to the view which stops the row being oversized but that means you cannot see all the text unless you open the item…

    Thanks

    Gary

    Hi Deepak,

    If you have not been able to recreate the same issue I will continue testing before I log a support ticket.  I will test using a new list and add the qMultiSelector to a new form.

    Thanks

    Hi Rachit,

    Would you be able to test this scenario on a SP2010 server?  I have made no progress and I am still seeing the same problem…

    Hi Rachit,

    Thank you for your reply…and yes I am using multiple selectors…

    I tried changing the option ‘Refresh Page When Selection Changed’ to checked only on the last selector but the problem was still happening so I have uninstalled 6.8 and installed 6.7 and it is now working as expected again.

    I will try testing with 6.8 again today…

    Thanks Rachit,

    I should probably look at upgrading to SP2013 or SP2016 sometime…

    Do you have any idea of when v6.8 is likely to be released…such as Q2 or Q3?

    Regards

    Hi Deepak,

    Thank you for your update…

    I have changed this value to 8000 but I am still only seeing 2000 in the dropdown…this seems to change to Cross-Site Lookup only…but not the Lookup Field…

    <QuestSoftware>

    <RollupSettings MaxRollupDepth=”8000″ MaxRollupListCount=”8000″ MaxQueryRowCount=”8000″ />

    </QuestSoftware>

    I am using Version <span id=”lblVersion” class=”qui-application-version”>6.7 (Build 2016.07.15)</span> with SharePoint 2010 if that helps…

    Regards

    Hi Deepak…thank you for the update…

    This is from an Agreeya press release

    It shows the new features…including .xlsx format…this would be very useful if it could be added to the next release…

    AgreeYa’s new QuickApps enhancements allow users to:

    • Edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint Inside the Browser in qListView
    • Export Child List data to .xlsx Format in qExcelViewer
    • Add Lookup Value in qListForm
    • Select Users from People Picker Control in qListForm
    • Support Parent-Child Entry in qListForm and qSILisView
    • Bolster Support for Rating Type Column in qListForm

    Hi,

    Thank you for the confirmation that this column can be used in the form…I think it is better at displaying copy/pasted Excel spreadsheet data than the rich text field.

    Regards

    Gary
