You had just upgraded from previous version of Development Studio for SharePoint. When you try to add a webpart, the webparts generated a message about “Unable to find license information”. This happens in SP 2003 and SP 2007 Web Parts in some customer’s machine.

Known issue/bug in versions 3.0, 3.5 and 3.5.1 licensing module. This problem may or not may not happen.
Resolution
Issue resolved in version 3.5.2. If customer still experience this issue, please log a case to development.
