1. Go to SharePoint Central Admin | Operations | Global Configuration | click Timer Job Status.
2. Delete the job "quest.devstudio.wsp" if the status is not "Success".
3. Navigate back to Central Admin | Operation | Global Configuration | click Timer Job Definitions | Locate the job with the name "quest.devstudio.wsp" | click the hyperlinked job name | click the Delete button to remove the job.
4. Now re-run the installer and the error should be gone. If the error does not go away go to Central Admin | Operation | Global Configuration | click the Solution Management link | click the job "quest.devstudio.wsp" which will be listed with status "Not Deployed" | Click on deploy it here.
