Yes Application Templates (CRM, HelpDesk, Project Dashboard for Single & Multi-projects) are included by the Quest Web Parts for SharePoint SP2007 & SP2010. You can find the template files and installation guidelines in the directory Template\Layouts\QuestSoftware\WAResources\Invariant\Application Templates under the SharePoint 12 or 14 hive depending on your SharePoint version.
