The data in the users’ list is form SharePoint, we call the SharePoint API to get the users/groups in the current site. qListView cannot support expend the group to select the user(s).

Theoretically, all the users and groups are listed in the control, so you can select the specified user(s) in the users list control. You also can enter some email addresses in the control directly.
