Hi Geoff,
Unfortunately there is no OOB print option for qListForm wp.
If you have one tab you can print the wp from the browser. For multiple tabs it won't work for all tabs.
Regarding the custom action and print question you can write a custom action C# or VB.NET code (see our docs Custom Actions section and the complete C# solution that we deploy with our product) to do that. If you manage to do it please let us know.
