There isn't any other known workaround for this issue yet as this issue was not always reproduceable on our side. Have you tried playing with the Compatibility Mode settings in IE7 to see if there is a setting that resolves the issue? Another thing you can try is to change the Width & Height properties instead of using the default, or access the page from another browser such as Firefox.
