I analyzed the log file and I found various errors logged.
From font missing in your system to errors setting up the installation folders.
I'd suggets you to try on a different machine and alos before launchig the installer to unblock the file (right click->Properties-> Unblock).
Also you need to be Admin on the local box.

The file posted on the speedshare site opened up a a nasty page when I tried to download.
I hope IT dept won't scream at me. Next time we'll exchange files by email if necessary.
