Well i found out that the webpart doesnt load the pictues.
You can change the themes but only changing "Skin Name" will change anything but not the mentioned problem.
Changing the other skins, doesnt change anything, so i guess it's unable to load the pictures.
I checked and they are all at the right location ! the usual skin would also not work if they weren't.
How can i fix / repair this ?
