I really appreciate your help in solvig the issue.
We tried to repro the issue in our test env. but we just couldn't.We'd be happy to fix the issue but since it doesn't happen we don't know what causes the duplication.
Do you have any virtual env. that I could borrow from you and see if we can find something useful?
Any other idea? What's so special a out thse environments?
