I had a call with Quest before the holidays and they were finally able to reproduce it, and I think it was with 5.4, but I am not positive. My version is currently 5.2.
I think I was able to reproduce the issue with a virtual PC installation of 5.4 before I left for vacation but I also am not positive about that. I will retry when I get back to work next week.
I am intrigued by where you mention "…if the validation fails… postback [is] cancelled". I know that save wouldn't happen, but I have not seen where postback is omitted. Is that something that has to be configured or am I misunderstanding?
