Thank you for providing the case#. I checked the case and I saw that a work item has been opened to address the issue with the ID ST143504 and also I saw that you are on 5.2 version. Since then we've release 2 more versions (5.3 and 5.4). You may want to check the release notes for both 5.3 and 5.4 versions and search for your case # and/or the id provided above. If you find it I'd suggest to upgrade to the latest version.
