I'm not sure that I got correctly your question.
If you refer to "Connect to Outlook" button you can view your SharePoint Calendar lists in Microsoft Outlook calendar (see the documentation for more details).
If you want to go from Outlook calendar to SharePoint calendar and display that in qCalendarView web part then you need to write custom code to synchronize the Outlook calendar with a SharePoint calendar (or custom list) and display this SharePoint list in our web part.
