Hi Jeff,
It looks like the feature it doesn't work as expected. I'm going to inform the team about that and I'm sure that the feature it's goig to be fixed in a future version of the product.

I am attempting to have a calculated field such as “<%dose rate%> mg/kg” to show “23 mg/kg” on a qlistform in view mode, but when i view the screen all I see is the 23. I see in the documentation that you can have a comma between a last and first name field so I assumed that this would work also. Can someone shed some light on what is going on here? Thanks

I recorded the issue and it will be fixed in a future release.
