AnonymousParticipantHi Jesslyn,
First you need to set the property Main View Appearance Field Name to the field that determines the color
This is how we document this
Allows you to define the name of the field whose values determine the color of
the row in the main view. The value of this field is compared against the
FieldValue and FieldValueRange in the Color Appearance property.
Then for the Field Value use the value that sets the task to overdue.
Check the documentation for more details.

AnonymousParticipantThe documentation is what led me to ask the question and your answer didn't lead me to a correct setting–thats why I requested exact information. I have the Main View Appearance Field Name set correctly, what I need is the exact range or value that will detect that the date is less than today.

AnonymousParticipantI have a listview where I want the row to be red if the item is overdue. What values do I have to input in the Grid Appearance fields to accomplish this?

I’m looking for what I need to put in the Field Value Range under Grid Appearance

AnonymousParticipantThis is the property that you need to provide along with the Color Appearance to use the colors in the grid.
The values you need to provide is the field name that determines the item status (overdue, not started, etc).
