After installing the license management pages is missing in Central Administration.

After running the setup.exe successfully and without error, and then moving on to updating the license, noticed that the “Manage License” section in CA (Central Administration) was missing. Strangely, the Quest/Dell web part management is not listed in the CA.  Note:  Web Services are not enabled in Central Admin.

Cause

Potential permissions problem during install.

Resolution

Suggestions:

1. Reboot

2. Uninstall the tool from all locations, enable web services in CA, install the tool on the WFE.
3. Verify that the Farm feature is active and that the solution is deployed successfully

If still no succes, please check the ULS log files for any errors during the installation.
