ER: Document Manager to allow Inserting Multiple Files
There is No option to Insert multiple files in Rich text column in the document manager
Telerik has implimented this ability in its Q2 2013 release, QuickApps is using Q3 2012 release.
This ER is to update the telerik controls to the current relase so we can have this functionality.
