Cause
The previous license has expired.
Resolution
After obtaining a new License file, follow the steps below:
1. Logon to Central Administration and go to Manager your License under the QuickApps section.
2. Revoke the License from all servers and then Remove the License.
3. Import the new License and Apply it to all WFE servers.
