After upgrading the Quest WebParts for SharePoint to QWP 5.4 the sites containing Quest Webparts give the following error
“Server Error in ‘/’ Application.
Could not load file or asembly ‘System.Core, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e’ or ont of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.”

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
In the web.config file for the affected web application delete the following line
"<add name="ASPxHttpHandlerModule" type="DevExpress.Web.ASPxClasses.ASPxHttpHandlerModule, DevExpress.Web.v9.3, Version=9.3.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b88d1754d700e49a" />"
The website is browsable again.
