When trying to uninstall an the product it prompts you for the msi installer file (normally starts in C:\Windows\Installer).

Msi Installer cache was cleared out or corrupted.Resolution
Remove the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREClassesInstallerProducts<GUID>
Where <GUID> is the key that has the ProductName subkey listed as the tool you are trying to manually remove.
You will have to click on each key to find the one with this product name.
Right click and export the key. Once done delete it.
