A lot of issues are caused by not configured web.config file:

“Unable to add selected web part(s)”

“qSIListForm”: Cannot import this Web Part”

If a user wants to be able to open a document or LinkTo URL in a new window

The problem is with the Folder information for a document library.
For a document library the field Folder is “generated” automatically – and is displayed correctly when it is shown as a normal field or when <%Folder%> is used in the body of the Custom Display – but when you create a calculated field using <%Folder%> it gives an error of “System.Data.DataRowView” instead of the path to the folder in the document library.
