After upgrading SharePoint 2007 to 2010, qCalendar view gives the “Object reference not set to object of an object” error.

Cause
The issue is caused by incorrect upgrading process. An event date was incorrect.
Resolution
The OOB calendar web part does not show any items for the Calendar. Fixing the wrong event resolved the issue.
QWP 5.7 can disply calendar if there are such broken evemts. So, if you do not want to do manula changes to the event, upgrade Quest Web Parts.
