The license model is different in 5.7 from what it used to be in 5.4. From registry based to SharePoint Central Admin
They have to go to the Central Admin-> General Application Settings–>Quest Web Parts->Manage Web Parts License.
Then we need an IIS reset just to be sure that the license is applied.
