I am sorry, the qSelector doesn’t support the custom action. But the other web parts such as qListForm can support it.

For example, in qListForm, you can add a custom action in the toolbar buttons. About your scenario, I think you can try to create a workflow to do that, apply the workflow to a list, when the items are added/updated, the workflow will be triggered automatically. The workflow can do anything you want to do.

On the other hand, if you want to implement the custom action by writing the code, you can select the “Custom” in the custom action, and select/input the Class setting. for more details, you can open the help document and search “Custom Action”, you will see how to implement the code. And we also provide the sample code after you install Quick apps, the default path is: C:\Program Files\Dell\QuickApps for SharePoint\Sample Code.
