After upgrading The Quest web parts couldn’t be populated to site collection Web Part Gallery automatically so we had to populate them manually in each site collections. Dows anyone know why?

Hello,

Have you tried to use the Central Admin ->General Application Settings->Quest Web Parts->Manage Web parts by…options to make them available from there?

PS

During this process it would be good to monitor the ULS log file and see what happens.
