Hi,

I am using qListView web part to pull data from all the project related lists on sub sites.

n

Whenever new sub site is created right now I am manually adding project list to qListView web part.

n

I want to automate that configuration. When There is new sub site and has project list qListView web part should check it and add it to view.

n

Please let me know if any one has done this before.

Please try the following:

n

1. Make sure the name of the project related lists are the same in the parent site and all the sub sites

n

2. Make sure the columns in all the project related lists are the same.

n

3. Open the ezEdit of the qListView, go to Content –> Primary Content tab. Edit Viewed Lists. Then click the Edit button of the list in the parent site (If you haven't add the list yet, add it first). Check Include Subsites attribute and Include This Site attribute. Save the configuration.
