When I add a GroupName parameter to the Cross Site Lookup field the web part returns an error “The following error occurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”

If I remove the GroupName parameter the error goes away.  The issue is that we are using these with form component behavior to hide and show these field.

If I add a GroupName parameter to any other field on the form, the following error is returned “The following error occurred: List does not exist.  The page you selected contains a list that does not exist.  It may have been deleted by another user.”

Any suggestions on how to get around these issues?

Hi Jeff,

  Could you please provide some steps to follow to reproduce your scenario? If you can attach some lists or a site templates that would help too.
