I keep getting the following error message when I attempt to access a page that I built:

Correlation ID: 06440f77-388d-4a73-b2c0-f0bcafb04a89

Does anyone have any idea what it indicates, or how to resolve it?

You can use the CorrelationID to search for information about a specific error you encountered in SharePoint using the ULS log files. You can download a ULS log viewer program to open log files in the Logs folder under the 14 hive: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14.
