Kent DixonParticipantI’m using a qListForm webpart to edit, view and create new records in my SharePoint list.
In the list, I have a “lookup” column to view and pull in text from a separate list.
The field I am connecting to has lots of duplicate entries. I don’t want to delete the duplicates because they need to be part of that record.
I’d like my qListForm when it displays the dropdown from that field, to ignore all the duplicates.
Is there a code in “Advanced Mode” that I can use to hide the duplicates?
Its this kind of a list:
Lookup (Field 1)=New York Field 2=”Brooklyn”
Lookup (Field 1)=New York Field 2=”Times Square”
Lookup (Field 1)=New York Field 2=”Manhattan”
Lookup (Field 1)=Maine Field 2=”Newcastle”
Lookup (Field 1)=Maine Field 2=”Bangor”
Dropdown=”New York”
Dropdown=”Maine”
Thank you.

Deepak App supportParticipantHi Kent,
We tried to replicate the scenario at our end and concluded that the option that you are seeking is not available with current versions. We have forwarded the issue to our core team so that it could be solved in further releases.
Thanks and Regards
