Error in qListForm when creating New Folders in list

Hi,

I customized a Custom List’s New form using qListForm. But when I try to create a New folder from that list I’m getting this error: “The following error occured: The looked up list for lookup field Replies does not exist.“

I checked my list and there’s no lookup field in there, I even checked the Folder content type, since this is the content type used when creating folders, but still no “Replies” look up field  in there.

Please help.

  Would you mind to share with us your SP and QWP version?

Also if you could provide the web part and list template would be helpful.
