Hi Kathy,

   The best way to view multiple records using Quest Web Parts is using qSIListView. Please see the screen shot attached, it uses Northwind database to display a parent-child relationship (Invoices). It uses a stored procedure to get the data and it groups the data. Please let me know if you have any questions or I can provide more help.

Thank you for the input.  We wanted the top/ bottom view of the data, not the left right and only the Form allows us that functionality.  I've added a Selector to my page, the user will just have to pick which record they want to view.

Specificaly I’m trying to use this to view multiple records, one at time, but can’t find a way to show more than the first record found by the catalog.  Secondly my Toolbar doesn’t show up on my webpart.

Hi Kathy,

   Using the qSIListForm you can display/add/edit data. In the below screen shot I use a stored procedure to retrieve a customer from the Northwind database

and display the data top to bottom.
