Assuming the client has a login to your SharePoint site, you can email a list link and the attachment right from the web part.  As seen in this screen shot:

Otherwise, you would have to manually export this list to word or pdf and attach the document and attachments to the email.

Not sure if this is possible but basically we have a client that has a List in SharePoint and files attached to the form. What they want to do is find a way to export both the List contents and the attached file to a word doc or pdf format to send to the their clients for order approval. Can Quest WebParts accomplish this in some way or fashion?

The screen shot (http://screencast.com/t/vSW4hiQNfb) shows how to enable email notification on a qListView so that a qListView user can send an email from with qListView. However, the process is manual and not automated.   There are a few 3rd party products that can generate reports from SharePoint that may be worth your time to evaluate:

For some reason this did not get listed in the forums and the photo will not come up on the site. Can you please repost?

Okay now it appears to be posting the replies. The clients do not have access to the website. We're looking for a way to generate a Doc or PDF to send to the client automatically from the site? I'm presuming this isn't possible?
