qCalendarView web part doesn't provide a "Print" option.

You still can print it using the browser's Print capabilities.

For qCalendarView, in ezEdit under Toolbar Appearance there is no option ‘Show Print Button.’

Is there any workaround to printing the calendar or future Enhancement Request to include this option?

Adding the Connect to Outlook button to your toolbar may be helpful.  By connecting the sharepoint calendar to outlook, you have the opportunity to use outlook to print day, week and month calendar views.
