There is no such a QWP join operation but the customer can display multiple lists, use grouping to display the data and CAML filter to filter the data.

I am trying to join two lists (i have a look up column to use for relation ) using qlistform and i donot see an option ,i am looking for some functionality similar to Inner join of two tables in sqlserver

Please check the documentation of the qListView. It talks about aggregating and displaying multiple lists, grouping and CAML filter feature.
There is much more information there that I could provide you here.
Also, check the collection of videos available on this site as well as the documentation links you see when you drop a qListView web part on a page.
