Hello,
Posting this for a customer.
Customer has qDiscussionView web part on a page. When the customer trys to sort (ascending/descending) on a column, the screen flashes but the column order does not change.
No errors are occurring. Please advise.

If the customer has qDiscussionView Shared version then please ensure the customer has performed all manually changes required to the web.config file (see the docs for more details)
If the customer has the full QWP package then ask him to run the Configuration Editor tool and ensure that all required changes are fixed.
