I am having an issue with the qListForm web part in version 5.2. The person look up field is one of the first fields on my form and is required. I have fields towards the bottom of the form that are set to auto post back in order to show additional fields that are needed when a specific selection is chosen. The issue is when the form refreshes the person lookup blanks out. Whatever name you had entered earlier is now gone and when the user clicks to save the item they can’t becuase they have to go back and reset the person lookup. It even happens when an item has been opened to edit.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Hi Kevin,

  Since version 5.2 quite old now (the latest version released is 5.7) I'd suggest you to give it a try.

I know for sure that we've improved that part of the qListForm and it should work better now.

What also you could try is to move the person lookup field towards the bottom of the form.
