Is there a way in the QListForm to tell it to replace text with either a 1 or 0? So for example if the list has the word ‘Internal’ I want it to replace it with a ‘1’?

Hi Anthony,

  qListForm is used to edit/display/add individual list items or documents so you can't replace text. Using the qListView you can replace text for selected rows uisng the option Show Replace Button under the Toolbar Appearance tab.
