We are using the Quest Help Desk app on 5.7 Sharepoint 2010. When a tech closes/resolves a ticket – we’ve been asked to default the date to today’s date or even position the date pop-up to today’s date. has anyone been able to do this WITHOUT setting the date column to default to Today (this doesn’t work because we don’t want the resolved date to be filled out when a new ticket is entered.)
