I am having problems with the qListForm webpart.  When a user running Windows 7 and IE8 submit’s an entry from a qListForm it is generating duplicate entires in the sharepoint list.  This does not happen if Chrome or Firefox is used, and also does not happen with users running Windows Xp regardless of IE version.  Im not sure where I should start troubleshooting this issue.  Any input would be appreciated.  Please let me know if other details would be helpful.
