  I can't reproduce the issue in my env. I suspected that there was an issue with the auto Postback option but it worked. Would you mind to open the developer tool in IE and see whether there is a javascript error?

We are using QuickApps 6.3.  On this qListForm, I have an SI client number field which pulls the list of clients from our Accounting system.  When I looked up a client by name and selected the 2nd or 3rd item from the result, then click OK – it returned the 1st item instead.   This behavior occurs for both IE 10 and Google Chrome.

Please advise if there is a fix or workaround for this issue.
