AnonymousParticipantHi all,
n
We are quick apps 5.7 on SharePoint 2010 enterprise. We have a learning event catalog with a child list to track attendees. We want “New Item…” to become “Register”… under each learning event listed in the qlistview.
n
Is there a way to change the parent/child qlistview relationship (maybe through a calculated column serving up HTML with a link to Register…) “New Item…” text?
n
We are desperately trying to change this text. Is there a way through easy creation of a telerik gridview template? We’ve tried onpageload javascript, tried a calculated column with a “composed” link built based on the selected Learning event. Nothing seems to work. Any assistance is very much appreciated.
n
Thanks,
n

AnonymousParticipantHi ,
n
You can change the text using our “ezLocalizer” tool. The text is stored in “WA.DataViewer” -> “UIResources” ->” NEW_ITEM”. You can use the “Find” function which location in Toolbar “Actions”->”Find” to find the resource name “NEW_ITEM” and change the text as you wish.

Btw, please select the language which is same as your SharePoint site. About the tool “ezLocalizer”, you can get more info from documents.software.dell.com/DOC256230
