   Out of the box we don't have the functionality that you're looking for. You could use a custom action to accomplish that. Please take a look at the sample code that we provide with the product (check the Querst Web Parts installation folder ). It's a Visual Studio project that allows you to build your own code and add it to the quest web parts.

I have a document library with metadata linked to lookup lists. The qlistview webpart is used to surface the library and I would like to help my users search/filter for documents by restricting the metadata returned in the search/filter to existing data only. For example, if the user filters by Country they will only be offered the choice of countries that have existing data and not the entire country lookup.

I have looked at the Search field options but there doesnt seem to be anything that would allow this. Is it possible?
