Customer is using QuickApps 5.7 and has a Web Part that displays alternating rows of light and dark background. When they try to print the web part, the background color is not printing. It prints with only a white background.

Is it possible for this background effect to carry over into the printing?

(This alternating background comes from changing the skin name to Sitefinity. They have also tried changing the background color using the Alternating Item Style setting, and the same behavior occurs).

Hi ,

  Ask the customer to use the Export feature and see if that makes a difference.

Otherwise we'll log it and provide him a reference number.
