This is an announcements list type and the column I am attempting to force sort on is a lookup

Hi,

Using SP 2010 and qwp 5.7;

Using qlistview extensively and would like to force a sort on a non-grouped column.  Tried adding SortDirection=”asc” in Ezedit under the display fields.   This seems like something easy I am missing or didn’t read correctly – so pardon my ignorance.  I realize you can Sort by clicking the column header – but in this instance we need the initial view to be sorted everytime.

adding that the column I am trying to sort is a lookup.

Can someone help me?

fixed – was trying to work this through the display fields section should've been working in the Display section down near the bottom in the Sort Fields
