Customer is using qListView WebParts and is intermittently getting the below error:

Most of time this error disappears after clearing the cache and restarting browser. There are no filter or search columns on the this web page. There is only one CAML filter that filters the webpart on a HTML parameter.

Any ideas why this could be happening and how to resolve it without restarting IE?
