We have a customer that has added qListView to a master page successfully but the behavior of the sites that use this master page is not consistent.  They are using QA 6.2 in SP2010.

On 7 out of 62 sites the webpart will not expand or collapse when selected.  There is no error on the page, the functionality simply does not work.

The syntax used to group the list is basic:

Any ideas/thoughts on what house be the cause and how to troubleshoot the 7 sites?
