I receive this error when placing qSIListview on a page. The control must be placed insided a form tag with runat=server. I looked in the faq and found that to make sure that the web part manager was in the forms tag but this is not my issue. The web part manager is inside the forms tag with the runat=server. It does not do it on all pages in my sharepoint enviroment. Just this one. The history of this is I created a new application and modified the css and the masterpage for the blueband master to fit our branding. Other than that it is the same as the blueband master.  Please tell me what I did wrong.

Hi Paul,

   What's the QWP and SP version you use?

The fact that it fails only on a particular page makes me think that the page got corrupted.

What you can do is to delete the page and recreate it then drop the QWP web part on it.

Please let me know how that goes.
