  I see that you're on QWP 5.7 SP2010 and from the error message I see a reference to a much earlier version.

Please go to the GAC (c:\windows\assembly) , find the WA.SystemIntegration entry and check the version.

Also deleting and recreating the web part (save the XML configuration to a text file before deleting the wp) can solve the problem.

An iisreset can help.

The version on the server is 4.0.0.0.  I performed an iis reset, deleted the webpart from the pag and added a new one, but I'm getting the same error.

Using version 5.7 (Build 2012.3.15) in SP2010.

Hello,

If you have multiple WFE servers you need to do the same (iisreset) on each server.

Also please ensure that you run Configuration Editor tool on each WFE server and all requirements are in green.

Check your WFE server for any reference to the version 2.0.0.0 of the above assembly and remove it manually (before you do that please backup the file).

Use ULSViewer and localize exactly the exception logged in there when the above error happens.
