Extremely sorry for delay..
As Expected means , when we are integrating this SiteMnder Authentication with Sharepoint 2010, all Quest Webparts are not rendering properly and looking in distorted shape and also functionality is not working as expected.

From what you're saying it looks to me that some files (css and/or js) are not downloaded correctly on the client machine and therefore QWP don't look/work as expected.
Please engage IT/software vendor to check that.
