Is there any possibility to show/hide custom buttons based on field values? This scenario is highly used in our project.

  Sorry, Quest Web Parts don't provide this functionality out of the box.

You can try using some js code (out of QWP) to achieve your goal.

If you're going to pursue this investigation please let us know the results.
